Semi-trailers and B-doubles. COI required at periodic intervals depending on state, typically annual. Most semi-trailers need a Certificate of Inspection (COI) rather than a standard roadworthy. An HVRAS-qualified examiner is typically required to issue the certificate in QLD and NSW; equivalent rules apply in other states.
